Pawfect Match by K-Connect · Last updated October 18, 2026

Pawfect Match is designed to collect as little as possible. We do not ask for your name, we do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

What stays on your device

Your game progress, coins, boosters, settings and (if you have opened the shop) your anonymous player ID and access token are saved in your browser’s local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you make a purchase or restore one, as described below. You can delete it any time with Reset progress on the main menu or by clearing your browser’s site data.

What we store on our servers

DataWhy
A random anonymous player ID, and one-way hashes of your access token and restore code (never the token or code themselves)To deliver and restore purchased items
Purchase records: pack, amount, currency, Stripe checkout session and payment reference, timestamps, delivery statusTo deliver items exactly once, handle refunds and support, and meet tax and accounting obligations
Support requests you send through our customer support page: your email address, optional name, topic, message, optional player ID and Stripe checkout/receipt reference, the time, and a one-way hash of your IP addressOnly to answer your request and to prevent abuse. Each request is also emailed to our support inbox (via Cloudflare). Never sold or used for marketing
Technical request data (such as IP address) processed briefly by our host for rate limiting, security and error logsTo keep the service secure and working

We never store your card details. We only hold a name or email address if you give them to us in a support request (or Stripe passes on your receipt email, see Payments). The Game runs on Cloudflare (hosting and database), which processes request data on our behalf.

Payments

When you buy a pack you are sent to Stripe’s checkout page. Stripe collects the details needed to process the payment (for example card details, email and billing country) and handles them under its own Privacy Policy. Stripe gives us a payment confirmation and, where relevant, the email you entered, which we use only for receipts, refunds and support.

Children

The Game is suitable for all ages, but it is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Purchases require a person aged 13 or over, with parental permission if under 18. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep data

Purchase records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations (typically up to 7 years). Anonymous player records with no purchases may be deleted after a long period of inactivity. Support requests are kept for up to 24 months after you send them and then deleted automatically, unless we need them longer to resolve a refund, dispute or legal obligation. You can ask us to delete yours sooner. Server logs are kept for a short period.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or California law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your data, or to object to its processing. Because we do not know who you are, please include your restore code or Stripe receipt so we can find your records. Use our customer support page (topic “Privacy/data request”) or email kayla.kconnect@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. If we start collecting new kinds of data, we will say so here before we do.
