Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Pawfect Match (the “Game”), available at pawfectmatch.fun and operated by K-Connect (“we”, “us”). By playing the Game or buying an item in it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Who can play
The Game is free to play and suitable for a general audience. You must be at least 13 years old to make a purchase. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you need a parent or guardian’s permission to buy anything, and they accept these Terms on your behalf.
2. No account required
You can play without signing up. Your progress is stored in your browser. If you open the shop, the Game creates an anonymous player ID and a restore code (PAW-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) so paid items can reach you and be restored on another device. Keep your restore code private: anyone who has it can collect unclaimed items for your player. We cannot recover lost progress or a lost restore code.
3. Optional purchases
- The shop sells one-time packs of virtual items (Catnip Coins, lives and boosters), priced in US dollars, from $0.75 to $5.00. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Prices are shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment.
- Items are delivered to your player after Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds. If an item does not arrive, use Restore purchases in the shop or contact us through our customer support page.
- Applicable sales taxes, if any, may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
4. Virtual items
Virtual items are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use in-game content. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of value outside the Game, and cannot be sold or traded. We may rebalance the Game (for example, change prices in coins or how boosters work), but we will not remove paid items you have already received without offering a fair remedy. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Fair play
Please do not cheat, tamper with the Game or its servers, abuse the payment or restore system, attempt to obtain items you have not paid for, overload the service, or use the Game for anything unlawful. We may block access or cancel items obtained through abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse or exploits.
6. Our content
The Game, its code, artwork, characters, sounds and name are owned by K-Connect or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party components are listed on our Credits page. You may play and share links to the Game, but you may not copy, redistribute or resell it.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Game running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue the Game. If we ever shut down the shop or the Game, we will try to give reasonable notice. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above will change, and continuing to play means you accept the new version.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, K-Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
