Refund Policy

All Pawfect Match purchases are optional one-time packs priced from $0.75 to $5.00. There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel.

When we will refund

• Accidental purchase: if you bought a pack by mistake, ask within 14 days. We will refund it, and the items from that pack may be removed.
• Items not delivered: first try Restore purchases in the shop. If the items still do not arrive, we will deliver them or refund you.
• Charged twice or charged the wrong amount: we will refund the extra charge.
• Purchase by a minor without permission: a parent or guardian can ask us for a refund.

Outside these cases, items that have been delivered and used are generally non-refundable, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

How to ask

Use our customer support page (topic “Purchase/refund issue”) or email kayla.kconnect@gmail.com, with:

• the email on your Stripe receipt, or the receipt itself;
• the pack and the date of purchase;
• your restore code (PAW-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, shown in the shop), if you have it;
• a short note about what happened.

We aim to reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. It is usually quicker. If a payment is reversed, the related items may be removed.
